Are you in need of some quality ‘down time’? Then these sessions are designed for you. My Pure Relaxation Sessions will help you:

- Sleep better

For 30 minutes, you simply lie down somewhere comfy at home where you can listen undisturbed. Close your eyes and relax as I take you on a journey using beautiful guided imagery to help your mind unwind. You’ll feel your stress melt away and a sense of calm confidence will grow in its place. It’s a great way to start your week and when life gets busy, it’s so important to make time for yourself – you deserve it!
£6 per session or £20 if you book 4 sessions in advance
Monday Evenings from 9.00pm-9.30pm
